Ordering Terms and Conditions Upon ordering, you agree to pay the shipping and handling fees for ML Detox System and other products you may order.
Return Policy Order discrepancies (i.e. missing item, wrong size, manufacturer’s defect) must be reported within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise and returned immediately thereafter to qualify for refund or exchange. To report a discrepancy, please contact our Products Department at (321)939-3030 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. To insure proper credit, all returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number marked on the outside of the shipping container, which will be given to you once you have reported your discrepancy. Exchanges or a refund can only be issued once we receive the item back at our warehouse. The customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred to return non-defective merchandise back to Maximized Living. There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective merchandise.
Returned merchandise that has been used will not be processed for refund or exchange and will be returned to the buyer at their expense. Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned and packed so more damage does not occur during the return shipment.
We do not warrant against "package rash" which can occur during shipping. FedEx and USPS will not insure against banged corners or torn packaging. We work diligently to fill all in-stock orders on the same day we receive them. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you are certainly welcome to return it in accordance with our return policy.
